ROKET Lime

Roket Lime has been introduced by Agrissentials to meet the needs of New Zealand's acidic soils. A mix of Rok Solid Full Spectrum fertiliser blended with Limestone fines it carries over 63 minerals and the biology to make these minerals plant available, together with all the benefits of limestone.

Adequate calcium is necessary to get all the other nutirents assimilated and functional. Calcium is the base against which all other minerals react to produce energy. Calcium regulates the plants pump for uptake of nutrients from the soil and then transports them through the plant. Ascalcium increases, it decreases the requirement for nitrogen. Calcium must be applied with a carbon source and this is where the Rok Solid comes in, to trigger the deal.

Agrissentials early results of the Rok and Limestone combination look great with strong greening and growth of pasture. Trials done so far have seen a dramatic increase in worm-life, accredited to the limestone within the product lasting longer and we already know that worms love rockdust!
